Whatsapp voice call is the feature that most sparks curiosity among users around the world. However, confusion flooded users’ mind, drowning them in doubts and questions regarding the use of voice calls on different devices (such as Android, iOS, Windows Phone). Voice Calls on Android phones available to everyone
Since 1 April 2015, all Android users can exploit the voice call feature. To use it, just update your application to the latest version or download it from the Play store. To make a call, go to the contact profile you want to contact, and tap the phone icon in the upper right of the screen.
P.S. If you don’t see the call button once you download the latest version of WhatsApp, just restart your phone.
P.S.2. If the user you are calling has not activated calls, you cannot establish a connection and WhatsApp will alert you with a message.
Voice Calls on iPhones
WhatsApp voice calls on iOS has been rolled out with 2.12.1 update. To make a call, click on the phone icon in the upper right of the screen on the contact profile you want to call.
Voice calls on Windows Phones
At long last, the Voice call feature for Windows Phone is available with the WhatsApp version 220.127.116.11. With this update, it is also possible to send audio files. You can make a call as you do on Android or iOs, so select the contact you want to call and tap the phone icon on the upper right side of the screen.
