The latest version of WhatsApp, 2.8.5310’s emoticons interface has been tweaked to make it easier to use. With this new update, WhatsApp Emoji icon categories are now displayed as tabs along the top of the interface, and can be browsed by flicking left and right, making itaseamless experience for usersto add Emoji to WhatsApp.
Also in this new Android version, there is now a recently used WhatsApp emoticons tab for quicker access to your commonly-used icons, making it easier than ever to create your “WhatsApp Text Art“.
Along with these features is even another one, that gives you the ability to draw on images, and/or paste stickers before sending, making WhatsApp drawings.
Similar to Instagram Stories, (the first one’s to add this feature) and making the experience more like Snapchat. This should make sharing images with your friends even more fun – The WhatsApp emoticon menu has been improved substantially, and a family of new icons have been added to the collection as well.
The interface is almost identical to Snapchat, and instead of having to use the iOS-style WhatsApp emoji, now you will be using the open source Twemoji used by Twitter and Snapchat. The new enhancements were added to the already existing Emoji in the app, forcing some users to fuss that it was confusing having both styles.
The new WhatsApp Emoji and WhatsApp Emoticons are adorable. There is no question about it, and when you add the camera enhancements added to WhatsApp, it proves that the developers are working hard to keep up with the competition, and give us the best user experience as possible.

WhatsApp also announced enhancements to its camera feature, allowing new ways to customize and enhance the photos and videos you share with friends and family. This gives you a lot of leeway in the area of expression, because it incorporates your individual uniqueness’s and characters into the features, opening up more than ample door way a for people to be as cute as they want.
With WhatsApp’s new camera features, people will be able to write or draw on photos and videos, and drop adorable little emotions in to express themselves.“Now, when you capture new photos or videos, or share media that is already on your phone, you will automatically see the new editing tools,” Says the developers of WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is implementing pseudo-flash for the camera, used for night-time selfies. In the same vein as Apple’s feature, The Retina Flash, the new enhancement will light up your screen briefly to shine light on your face, allowing you to send your significant other that kiss under the starry sky, or from the parking lot after work.
To top it all off, WhatsApp Emoji that is sent alone is now bigger WhatsApp only did this with the heart icon before, which was OK, but now all of the Emoji up to four at a time will be larger, with the emoji gradually getting smaller as you work your way up to four emoji. We shouldn’t have that long as consumers before the general public can get their hands on all of these features, so be on the lookout!
